skribliodelete your account.
deleting your skriblio account deletes everything in it: your pages, photos, voice notes, doodles, memory tree and banana. export first if you want a copy, because it can't be undone.
in the app
open the 'you' tab, tap 'settings', then 'delete account' and confirm. it happens straight away. without a plan, 'delete account' is on the plans page instead.
without the app
email info@skriblio.com from the address you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. if you sign in with apple or google, use that account's address, or tell us which address it is. we delete everything and email you when it's done.
deleting some of it and keeping the account
in the app, hold a page, photo or voice note in the vault and tap 'delete'. it waits 30 days in 'recently deleted' under 'settings' in the 'you' tab, then it's gone for good. without the app, email info@skriblio.com from the address you sign in with and say what you'd like deleted.
your plan
deleting the account doesn't cancel a plan, because apple or google handle the payments. cancel it with them as well, and support has the steps.
what's kept afterwards
nothing from your journal. apple, google and revenuecat, our subscription service, keep their purchase records as the law and their own rules require. analytics events are deleted within 12 months, and crash reports within 90 days.
